In 2002, I obtained Specialist Accreditation from the Law Society of New South Wales in Commercial Litigation and Building & Construction Law. This extensive expertise and specialised knowledge is applied to every legal matter my firm handles, the benefits of which are regularly passed on to our clients through successful litigation outcomes in Local, District and Supreme Court matters, Conveyancing, Property Law, Commercial and Retail Leases, Commercial Law, Debt Recovery and Estate Planning.

Our Commercial Litigation team has had successful results in both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. I act for a number of business and commercial clients in the drafting and preparation of various agreements. I have found that my expertise in Commercial Litigation is an effective preventative measure in keeping my clients out of future court battles. The written agreements which I draft for my clients reflect this experience, covering the range of possible contingencies which could arise and often avoiding future disputes.
